Frozen Coffee Breakfast Smoothie 

When I was in New York last year I discovered iced lattes (I know, I don’t know what took me so long) I’ve been hooked ever since and thought I’d incorporate my new iced coffee love into a smoothie.

Now this is by no means a super healthy smoothie. There is no veg included and actually very little fruit. However, it is a great breakfast alternative for days when you’re in need of a quick fix in the morning and it’s delicious! Plus, none of the ingredients are actually ‘bad’ for you..so let’s go with it, eh?

Ingredients

1 frozen banana
1 shot of coffee (cooled)
3 heaped tablespoons yoghurt
2 tablespoons rolled oats
50ml cold water
Handful of ice cubes

Simply pop everything into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve immediately or pop in the fridge for later.
