Brighton – The Artist Residence Hotel

I was going to include this hotel as part of a general guide to Brighton (coming soon!) but it’s such a gorgeous (insta worthy) hotel I thought it deserved it’s very own post! It’s the second time I’ve stayed at The Artist Residence now, situated in the pretty Regency Square, and I’m pretty sure it won’t be the last.

Brett and I stayed in a Cosy Double room, with gorgeous furniture, a beautiful snug en-suite shower room and a mini bar stocking some pretty irrestiable goodies, it’s everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway.

A beautiful room isn’t the only thing The Artist Residence has to offer. The hotel also boasts a beautiful restaurant, The Set. Now I can’t talk about the lunch or dinner options (though if the food’s as good as the menu suggests then you’re in a for a treat) but the breakfast! Let’s talk about breakfast. When Brett and I are away we normally try and hunt down cute cafes for breakfast (wooden tables, granola and all the eggs please). Luckily The Set ticks all these boxes and you don’t have to walk very far at all until you’re tucking into a pretty tasty breakfast. What more could you want?

After a day of exploring the lanes and paddling your toes in sea (if you dare) then you can head to The Cocktail Shack, a quirky cocktail bar situated right inside the hotel serving up some delicious movie inspired cocktails, because what weekend away is complete without a cocktail or two? Amirite?

If you’re heading to Brighton for a weekend away then make sure you check out this gorgeous hotel, you won’t regret it. Stay tuned for my Brighton guide coming soon!
